Terms and conditions

In short: you pay 99 RON once and get lifetime access to every lesson of MentorSano Academy, in Romanian and English. There is no subscription. The course is educational content for professionals and does not replace medical advice.

1. Who we are

The academy (academie.mentorsano.ro and academy.mentorsano.app) is run by Edunat Health SRL, CUI 41308912, Trade Register no. J2019002661359, registered office: Str. Mărului, Chișoda, Timiș County. Contact: contact@mentorsano.ro.

2. The service

An online course of short interactive lessons on phytotherapy, food supplements, nutrition, naturopathy and patient counselling, for pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and health professionals. The lessons are created by pharmacist Adrian Ienin, on the sources cited in each lesson, and are corrected continuously. The course is not accredited and does not award CPD/CME credits.

3. Price and payment

The price is 99 RON, paid once, by card, through EuPlătesc. VAT not applicable: Edunat Health SRL is not a VAT payer. The invoice is issued in SmartBill and sent by e-mail. We never see or keep your card details.

4. Lifetime access

After payment, every lesson opens on your account, including the lessons we add or update later. Access lasts for as long as the academy exists. If we ever close it, we will tell you by e-mail at least 90 days before and you will be able to keep the certificates you earned. The account is personal: do not share your password; we may suspend an account used by several people.

5. Right of withdrawal

The course is digital content delivered immediately. Before paying, you ask expressly for access to start at once and you acknowledge that, once it has started, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (Romanian GEO 34/2014, art. 16 (m)). If the payment went through and the course did not open, write to us and we will open it or refund you.

6. The content

The lessons are educational. They do not diagnose, do not prescribe treatment and do not replace a consultation with a doctor. Apply what you learn within your professional competence and the law. The texts, exercises and images belong to Edunat Health SRL; you may use them for your own learning, not copy or resell them.

7. Complaints

Write to contact@mentorsano.ro; we answer within 15 days. You can also turn to ANPC (anpc.ro) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Romanian law applies.
