Privacy policy

In short: we keep only what the course needs — your name, e-mail, password (encrypted), billing details and which lessons you finished. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

1. Controller

2. What we keep and why

• Account: name, e-mail, the password as a one-way hash, the language, when you joined and last logged in — to give you access (contract).
• Payment and invoice: the order number, the amount, the payment status from EuPlătesc (never the card), the billing data you type (name, or company, tax code and address) and the invoice number — to sell you the course and keep the accounts (contract, legal obligation).
• Progress: the lessons you finished, your score and your answers — so you can continue and earn the certificates (contract).
• Security: a truncated, one-way fingerprint of your IP address on sign-up and short-lived counters of login attempts — to stop abuse (legitimate interest).

3. Who else sees them

EuPlătesc (card payment), SmartBill (invoicing, then ANAF e-Factura where the law requires it). The site and its e-mails run on our own server in the EU. Google Analytics measures visits as described in the cookie policy.

4. How long

The account and progress: until you ask us to delete the account. Invoices and payment records: 10 years, as accounting law requires. Login counters: at most one hour.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection; write to contact@mentorsano.ro. You can also complain to ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
